A seriously good, helpful, fast response and professional service. They fixed my new computer nightmare link up connection fast. It's a well equipped unit and good IT and Engineering oversight. Computer issues or problems make them a first call. IT help is readily at hand. I've given them a 5 stars rating, and that's not easy to earn. I give the likes of Tesco and ASDA 2. I've cut Waitrose from a 5 to a 4 as it's declining. Any computing or Printing problems call them. Very helpful. A great asset to the town. A big Yes to them.

Excellent service by all Staff even after taking computer home and finding connections problem They came out and fixed it. We had connected extra lead which was not necessary! Would recommend MidMC.

Great service , in person and over the phone. Replaced hard drive in laptop . Kept updated every step of the way .

Absolutely brilliant service. Sorted out my laptop, saved me a fortune buying a new one. Nothing too much trouble and really great to deal with. Explained everything very thoroughly. Highly recommend them. Thank you both and good to be able to use a local company who are so efficient.
