Absolutely arrogant. I have called to request a quote, as soon as I told them that I am buying the house, hence I am not the owner yet, they told me that they cant do anything. Then I insisted and they said that they would do a paid roof survey. I said ok, but then they just closed the call like if it was a mistake. I called them back and they didnt reply or called me back. Very not polite and arrogant, wouldnt want any service from them.

Don't make the same mistake I did. Unfortunately I was convinced by the 5 star review and the fact that Jason's company was in quick finder, and Jason himself was very charming. The roofing work was done swiftly, although not know much about roofs I cannot vouch for the quality. The issue with Jason is that he refused to provide me with an invoice for the work done, and left with payment promising to return to finish 400 worth of work, which he never did despite my numerous attempts to contact him. I also now have an issue with the roof where one of the tiles which connect the front and back of the house has fallen off. I have provided him with the chance to come and rectify the issue, but yet again all contact has been ignored. It is a shame and I feel very foolish to have been duped so well. Please proceed with caution when dealing with this company. Service: Roof installation

These other reviews are about a different person using the same company name. Dont let it put you off! Jason is brilliant. I called him last Wednesday, he came the same day to look at the job and returned to complete it on Thursday. A fantastic job at a good price!

Repaired a roof for me which leaked a few months later. Refused come back, kept saying yeah don't worry we will have a look but wouldn't arrange a time. Obviously couldn't care less that I had a leak damaging my property. I got another roofer in who spotted the issue, which was basically bad workmanship. They clearly don't guarantee there work?? Jason (owner) is also rude and aggressive.
