5 stars is not enough. Tracy helped me with my panic/ anxiety attacks. I was not too sure hypnotherapy would help but it did. Absolutely amazing

Tracy has changed my life and I can't thank her enough. I visited her for a session to help me stop smoking and I haven't touched a cigarette since, I've barely even thought about smoking. I'd smoked from the age of 11 (I'm now 37) and going in I was kind of sceptical but hopeful. I had tried EVERYTHING you can think of to help me quit. Tracy has a way about her that makes you feel so calm and relaxed going into hypnosis and you can tell by the way she speaks to you that she genuinely cares. I will recommend Tracy to anyone that will listen.

I always really enjoy my time with Tracy and leave feeling confident, calm, and more in control. She listens and addresses issues I am anxious about in our sessions, and records them so I can re-listen again in my own time. As a student, Tracy has helped with my nerves and confidence, and we've even touched on my motion sickness. Tracy is friendly, attentive, and easy to speak to, I recommend her to anyone looking at hypnotherapy.
