Bearwood Dental Care

Hi to everyone. I just want to let you guys know who ever read this I will never recommend you to go there they are very expensive and they dont do the job properly I have a toothache and they just do the filling which not in a good way they charge a lot..and I have to go to a different dentist following week then they have to do it all over again . Please read and think before you go there . Thanks

I think I was given the worst customer service I've ever had from their receptionist, I didn't even get round to getting an appointment rebooked which was all I was calling for. Full of lies and deceit, I bet your actual service is terrible. Readers, go elsewhere if you respect yourself.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Hidden under the "Mark Tangri Dental Excellence" google page, which has 5 star rating, this dental practice, "Bearwood Dental Care" is where it's based. And to no surprise they have a poor google page rating. And again surprise surprise, most people are rating poor customer service. My experience. Had to pay 60 for appointment, no problem they had 5 stars (according to mark tangri google page as mentioned above). I was not able to make it due a bad cough, so i rang first thing monday and they told me i needed to ring a day before. And she was laughing about it. Hellooo. Google page says that they were closed sunday. Receptionist said, sometimes we are in, so no new appointment or refund. So i went along just so i didn't waste my money. BDC please take into account your google reviews. Your Receptionist are bad. Your reputation is going down hill. Google dentists and there are 20 in the area. What makes you so special. Not your rude Receptionist.
