Had to cancel an appointment due to my son being born, rang to book another one and was told I can't ever go there again what a joke. Ridiculous dentist.

Receptionist are the most friendly receptionists I have come across. Dentist is amazing. Put me at ease and did an amazing job! Definitely recommend.

Terrible I mean Terrible I am a black women that just recently moved in the area I registered with shires dental... as my first appointment I missed because of work I work in health care so yes I am a very busy women I did not receive any calls or anything to remind me of my appointment so I called and rescheduled as my second appointment was for a review of what I needed to get done so that appointment was okk ,but noticed that the dentist which was very miserable,. I told him that I need a guard for my bottom teeth ..his response was that it's a habit I do which is griding my teeth in my sleep and its not much he can do so I found that quite HELPFUL it was very bad energy in this place as I felt not wanted so then a 3rd appointment was made which I missed with no reminder was sent like any other ordinary dentist so when I called to reschedule they told me I can no longer come back I am very disappointed as I'm Been waiting for two year in this pandemic ..... Terrible Terrible Terrible looking at the reviews it looks like he only caters to ***** people smh I don't do this social media stuff like write reviews but I have never met a dentist like this smh they VERY CLEAN BUT THE ENERGY IS NOT GOOD AT ALL AND THE RECEPTIONIST SAID THEY DONT DO REMIDERS LIKE WTH WE ALL WORK HARD AND VERY BUSY THEY GIVE OUT PAPER APPOINTMENT CARDS LIKE WTH but I don't wanna leave out that the receptionist was friendly and tried to even talk to the dentist for me to come in as I was very busy with work and missed the appointment BUT the call she returned to me was that the dentist had stated that I cannot come back due to missing two appointments this is ridiculous
