        This is the worst car rental in London. We booked a type of car for easter and.. oh surprise! no similar models are available and the only one you could use is a massive van that wont fit many of the streets in London. Did they refund? No!! Since this was an online prepaid booking (directly to the enterprise website, let me clarify), there is nothing they could at the office and you need to get on the phone for hours to contact an agent and get the refund issued. WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER. Avoid this place

        Extremely efficient and smooth pick up and drop off process. They dont try to oversell any of the extras, and location is really convenient too. Orlando was very helpful!
