        Waste of my time and money! I recently booked an appointment and took my car into the branch. No one was there; I wasted 30 mins calling the branch and spent 5 on parking! I later emailed the company and provided proof of the parking ticket that I had purchased. They eventually said, they could not issue a refund. They missed out on a sale because of lack of respect and communication. Sold it elsewhere!

        Awful experience, WBAC guy was late to the appt, had 2 other guys before me waiting, came back after 45 mins and no one was there. I knocked, called, and waited and no one came. Ridiculous waste of time, and a waste of 11 on that stupid car park they're situated in! Not happy.
