The worst customer service I have ever seen and experienced. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude and super unprofessional. (He raised his voice at me more than once.) after I told him I cant seem to find my parcel he shouted at me saying it is not his job to check! Avoid this place if you can!

Fantastic shop, smiley staff, they ask you to put your drop-off parcel into the basket at the back of the shop yourself which really sets you up for success as as an autonomous house-trained adult.

Do not have your parcels delivered here if you want to be sure to actually receive them their parcel system is all over the place (literally!) and to top it off the man working here is unbelievably rude and unpleasant. Parcels are thrown into a massive sack or left all over the floor for customers to look through themselves, so I wouldn't be surprised if parcels are regularly lost or stolen. I initially couldn't find my parcel and, without bothering to check for himself, the man yelled at me that it wasn't there. Eventually I found it at the very bottom of a pile of parcels, after which he complained that I had made a mess (by moving parcels literally piled on top of mine?) before shouting at me to have my parcels delivered to my house in the future and never come back to his store. Indeed, I will refrain from ever coming back with pleasure. Avoid at all cost!
