        I have had Pilates sessions in different places in Europe and the US. I can confidently say that Anja, my instructor at the Garuda Studio, is the best instructor I have ever had. She combines the highest degree of competence and professionalism with a gentle and tranquil demeanour which makes every session with her a pleasure.

        Amazing teacher, challenging class with clear cues, excellent facilities and vibe. I would go back more often if the prices would be more accessible, especially cause I would travel from the other side of London. In any case, highly recommended!

        I have been training with James and the Garuda Team for three years. Without doubt, it continues to be the most spiritually uplifting practice and one which has made me more agile physically and mentality. Alison, James and the Team are a dream. Dont believe me, give it a try.
