So unreliable and very poor service

A really reliable local Pharmacy with the added benefit of the personal touch. The lead pharmacist has always been happy to offer good advice regarding costs and alternatives when necessary. They know their customers, unlike bigger high street branches, and since the local doctor's surgery is 100 metres away, they know the prescribers too. It's a joined-up service. I've been picking up prescriptions for ten years from Hodgetts. Recommended 100%.

Really friendly, supportive and knowledgeable pharmacists and colleagues. Keen to help. For example, I needed an electronic prescription fulfilled on the day before a flight abroad and this was facilitated very quickly.

We have used the Hodgetts pharmacy for our regular prescription and non-prescription medications for seven years. However, in the past month we have also used them for their travel clinic. The pharmacist, Wasim Sarwar, has been absolutely fabulous in helping us access what vaccinations we need, ordering everything and providing us with all the information. He took the time to have multiple phone calls, order test doses and engage with any questions. We felt very well taken care of with this personalised service. Highly recommend.
