Absolutely wonderful service. I take my autistic son here who is an absolute battle to get his hair cut, running, screaming, has to be held down. She is super accommodating, understanding, and patient and always gets the job done. The place has lots of toys and two car chairs for kids to sit in, along with Netflix.

Very disappointed, looks like a great place for childrens hair. My husband took my son for a hair, I admit my son is very fidgety and isnt fond of hair however was happy to go here as like the look of it and the seat was an added bonus. My husband showed a photo of the style we wanted, the end result looked nothing like our request and was very patchy in length. My husband was told that because my son was moving so much it impossible to cut evenly. I have since taken him barbers that do not offer the same astetics but have child friendly staff that have been able to cut my sons hair beautifully at a considerably lower rate.

My son really dislikes getting his hair cut the first few times he was thrashing around and moving a lot but Libby made sure she was careful not to hurt him and was very patient and got his hair done. Of course it cant be perfect with a child moving around so much but it gets done and she is very kind and talks through everything she is doing I cant go anywhere else they just cant do.

NOT RECOMMENDED. I booked an appointment and paid in advanced. When I arrived there was a huge delay of an hour which I wasn't informed of. When I tried to speak with the owner she shouted at me and cancelled my appointment without an explanation. Very disappointed and really poor costumer service.

Be careful of their return policy !!!!Honestly when I saw that there was a stationary shop selling good brands shoes I was so glad because I get the size wrong so often. I have purchased shoes online they turned too big ,than my son got ill than we got ill and xmas time. I wrote to them week ago offering that I will come to shop to exchange and they rejected. Honestly if small business can't be a bit flexible than I bet they won't do well, with such a customer service
