I recently relocated to the UK from the US and needed a flat, which Joel Woudstra on the Jonathan Arron team helped me with. Not only was Joel extremely quick in his responses and generally helpful, he really helped me navigate a process that I found to be very stressful and foreign as compared tp what I was used to in the US. I only felt comfortable with the whole thing after meeting Joel and viewing the great property that we ended up leasing from him. He was extremely helpful throughout the offer, deposit, and contracting process as well and understanding of my situation as a new UK resident.
