        awful customer service. Been a patient here nearly 20 years. they cannot even call me to rebook a blood test they themselves cancelled! Told me to call the general number and I am currently in a queue. Shocking service from this practice, seriously needs a massive review and overhaul to meet its patients needs.

        Dismissive, rude and throw about accusations. People come to you in their most desperate hour, so when you start accusing them rather than helping, you dont realise the horrible impact youre leaving on that persons life. Some doctors are ok, but senior ones/partners stay clear of
