Unresponsive and poor service.

I have been renting a property via Marcus Cooper for over five years. They have always offered a professional service. And recently we had a boiler issue which was dealt with extremely quickly! Their maintenance engineer worked tirelessly until the new boiler was installed (on the weekend) so that we could have hot water and heating.

We currently rent a flat through the Marcus copper group for the past 2.5 years and its been such a lovely stay so far. From the beginning of when we signed papers with Katie And Amy, they have been a pleasure to work with. They Always so helpful and although they are super busy they always aim to get back to us a very short space of time. Also a massive thank you to Gary and Tam and the team for the repairs and maintenance of our flat they do such a good job, They always trying to make sure the work they do on our flat is a quality one. We really appreciate you all. Thank you for making our stay at Mountview road Crouchend a lovely one.
