Dr Sorene has been treating me aesthetically for over 2 years now, and his professionalism is second to none. His "less is more" approach creates the most natural look I have had, and is virtually painless due to his long career as a hand surgeon. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I had a carpal syndrome procedure on 9th November 2020 that left me worse off than previously. The numbness is greater, my flexibility is far less, and the area around the incision is swollen and inflamed. I cannot do up my shirt buttons, put on my wrist watch, do up my shoe laces, or carry out numerous tasks that require the use of my thumb, fore and middle fingers, without assistance. The outcome was totally the opposite to what I had expected. Despite my complaints Mr Sorene did not personally contact me until 13 weeks after the procedure and refused to see me unless I agreed to further payments. Bearing in mind he was paid for 2 consultations (before and after the procedure) of just 5 and 7 minutes respectively I would have thought the decent thing to do would be to check my hand without further charge rather than rely on his terms and conditions. I had a second nerve conduction test carried out on his suggestion, which I funded myself, and which proved beyond any doubt my hand mobility was worse than shown by the same test I had before the procedure. I have no confidence in Mr Sorene and must now arrange for a repeat procedure with another surgeon.
