I have found Greenstone Estates absolutely brilliant. They have acted for me as letting agents and agents for the sale of a different property. They are incredibly efficient and responsive and often they take the initiative, beyond the call of duty, and make me feel that my tenant and I are in good, reliable hands. Lewis Green and Marta Sipos have really looked after me and my tenant, and have responded very quickly to any problems that have arisen.

You will note that the majority of reviews are not from tenants but landlords getting sky high prices. After the way a physically disabled and autistic person has been dealt with by this and other associated companies I feel a sense of duty to warn tenants specifically -that my experience was upsetting, horrible, a waste of time and money on travel and time off and culminating with shouting over me on telephone calls on two occasions causing a meltdown and the need to rest for several hours on both occasions. I am making official complaints about this company and others involved to the property ombudsman, property mark and ARLA regarding my experience I feel that I have a public duty to do so and its - such a shame that the landlord lost high quality tenants -the landlords representatives exact words because of how this agency conducted themselves on this occasion.
