After reading many bad reviews. I think it's important to give feedback individually. I am very lucky because my son got to a very professional and caring clinician Irena. I was very impressed with the kindness and understanding she showed to my child. Thank you for the beautiful smile of my son.

Went to this practice with my friend had a consultation, I don't ever give bad reviews but this practice in particular is the worst the black lady on reception it extremely obnoxious not sure we're they found her from customers service does not exist in this place she is so loud behaviour of an animal absolutely disgusting she deserves a job in brixton market would suit well there.

Spoke to one of the rudest receptionist with a disgusting attitude. She was deeply unprofessional and wouldnt leave me my appointment. Requested help and i got a bad attitude instead. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! TERRBILE service!!!!

Avoid this at all costs. Im being very honest. They seem nice at first However management is poor and dentists are slyly rude ( Irish dentist ) 1) I had an appointment and went through so much trouble to go there. arrived and they said shes not here to attend to me today. I mentioned I did not receive any message or call or email regarding the cancellation of my appointment. Yet they didnt try to rearrange something for me ( at least a quick check up with another dentist for instance as it was empty anyways ). So I had no choice but to leave - wasted so much time and my entire morning. 2) I moved houses and had braces on. I travelled an hour + to continue going to this orthodontist as I didnt want to change elsewhere. I was FIVE MINUTES LATE!!! And they cancelled my appointment because she had to go to lunch and being five minutes late is a big thing. WHAT ABOUT THE HOURS U WASTED OF MY TIME???????????? RIDICULOUS INSENSITIVE AND THEY DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME RETAINERS! Big joke. Avoid avoid avoid this is all true

I wish I could do more than 5 STAR, as I just called them to give an urgent appointment for my child whose braces broke during lunch time at school, they offered appt in an hour to see him! THANK YOU for the great service:)
