        Hmm...what can I say, irs OK, took my amazon parcel back. Only stars because the owner wasn't helpful at all and ordered I use the machine myself and i didn't have a clue what to do, he didn't assist.

        Their Hermes machine was not working for a package with a label, and they dont package products for Amazon returns. I had to buy an envelope even though Amazon said the store would package it for me. I hope they fix these issues or decline to participate with Amazon for returns.

        This one doesn't have a printer so I couldn't print the label. Their phone number doesn't take calls so I couldn't find out prior to going there that I would have been wasting my time. I ended up having to take a bus to co-op Harrow Rd where they had a printer.
