Tesco Express

Shocking service. Also very poor at managing Evri deliveries.

No star if thats possible! Never have your delivery delivered there as staff is not interested in serving you. As its a busy shop, almost 10 out of 10 times when you try to collect/ drop off a parcel the staff will tell you the machine is not working and come back the next morning (by miracle it would fix itself overnight?!) which really is they cannot be bothered to go through the process/ fetch the package! I have yet been able to send/ collect a parcel on my first attempt there in the past 3 years!!! Why provide a Evri service when staff there are clearly not interested? Even the store manager is in on it with the staff as witnessed a knowing smirk between them when I enquired.

I love this tesco I go there every week and all the staff are very nice and always offering to help. The food is always fresh and has never been a disappointment.

Disrespectful attitude of workers! Rudest staff and worst customer service I have ever seen! Most of the staff have extremely poor English and cannot communicate. Their body language and the tone they speak to the customer with is abominable and entirely rude and unhelpful. I tried to post something from there - a service which they advertise that they offer - but the system is awful. Extremely unhappy.

Probably WORST Tesco I've ever been to. You've probably read other reviews talking about "Cargo all the time" or "rude staff", and I completely agree with them. There are always tons of boxes of cargo out in the open. The staff never talk or smile unless they're asking about how you're gonna pay or anything related to money. It's truly unacceptable. Don't trust the 5 star reviews, to get service like that here, it'll take a miracle. Never shop here again.
