Where do I start I have worked at monak for 9 days in these nine days since mid to the end of march I have not been lied to, not offered a contarct of employment and I have not been paid for my time there as a chef there, food hygene standards are extremely poor none of there foods are dated labeled and the Egyptian manager and the ridiculous owner must be deemed as incompetent liers aswell as the current head chef. I am now working as a chef in a five star hotel reguarded as one of the best in the world and my advice to any emplyees and customers is to stay clear of this place and I hope this business fails.
