This was a short, three-night family break to catch up with family who live in the area, including a barbecue on site. The bell tent was really comfortable and the bed was heaven sent. The pitches are well laid out, allowing plenty of space and privacy for some short cricket/rugby and a combination of the two! The outdoor 'kitchen' was more than ample for our stay, as were the supplies of wood for the fire and charcoal. Mandy and Frank were the perfect hosts, as were their kids. We would highly recommend this place to all those who want a bit of 'getting away from it all' in beautiful countryside on a working farm, to be honest, the fact that these pitches are non-electric is part of the charm.
